Seeing as we haven't reached that stage where we are comfortable leaving Thilan with someone else (grandparents being an obvious exception), the only romantic gesture I could make was take-out fish and chips. Although, I think you will all appreciate the pink champagne cooler!

The postman brought a big box and I assumed that the contents would be for me. Well, that's how it has worked in the past...but not today. Instead, I should be wearing the "My dad got a new pillar drill and all I got was this box!" t-shirt!

Secondly, I suspect we'd have got similar musicality if Grandma had placed a filleted salmon in front of TJ! But they do say that practice makes perfect...and we're only waiting for Sergio to offer lessons once he's seen Thilan's obvious potential.
